Elemental Assassins Update V.1

-As you may have noticed there is new icons implanted on the forum! That way we can orient our forum into a Narutoish theme.

-A new Warning System has been implemented in the forum, as soon spammers will come to the site or even our own members might cause a revolt.

-New Section! The Art Section

-New Navigation Bar; More fresh, less boring.

-A Banner is coming right up!

also:the forum is now faster than bafore and it dowsn't take time to load
